Bill Sinn

Bill is a marketing professional with 15+ years in the technology and software space.

At one time or another, he has delved into almost every aspect of the marketing realm -- from strategy, business development and demand generation, to brand development, messaging and content development, to social media, analyst relations, and more.

Most recently, he was editor-in-chief of ITA Pro magazine, the award-winning publication from the Insurance Technology Association.


Prior to the ITA, Bill was a marketing director for Pitney Bowes, Inc., focusing on penetrating the insurance and healthcare sectors of the industry. He had also been employed by Teradata (formerly a division of NCR Corporation), where he focused on marketing data warehouse and business intelligence applications for several industry verticals. And while he once vowed in his early youth that he would “never work for an insurance company,” he did follow in his father’s footsteps and garnered 12 years of insurance experience, working for the Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company, a mutual life carrier with headquarters in Horsham, PA.

During his “off” hours, Bill volunteers as the marketing director for his local soccer club (Towamencin), tirelessly building and engaging with the players, families and their friends. He also serves as the club’s official liaison with The Philadelphia Union, Philly’s own professional soccer team.

Bill and his wife Barbara have one son, Connor, who is now a senior at James Madison University (JMU) in Harrisonburg, VA. You may witness Bill wearing some JMU paraphernalia or sporting the school’s purple and gold colors as a constant reminder of where all his money goes.
